Our room was spacious and nicely furnished, as one would expect in a hotel of this category. The concierge was extremely efficient for securing opera ticket, etc.

It was so easy, the staff were all charming and helpful, room service was prompt, the room itself was pretty in shades of pink and cream, the Blue Bar was a delight, and after a full working day I enjoyed the plate of exotic fruits in my room, and particularly the chocolates which were stunning to a chocoholic!
I was disappointed not to have a room with a double bed, and the price was in the end a little on the high side, perhaps related to the traditional fame of the Hotel. This did not overall marr my stay however, the Sacher Cubes mad up for it!

It is a great hotel with excellent service and comfort. It's also the home-place of the famous Sacher cake which is a must try. The location of the hotel is also great; it's basically located on the edge of the city's pedestrian zone and very near a lot of tourist attractions.

Lokalisation,spa was super!
I booked 50-60 sq m junior suites, but when we came the receptionist gives simple room(about 30sq m) for money like a suite. When I said no,she gaves us a good room but for 2000eur more for 3 days.I asked her give me room what I booked,it's tooks 40 min for her,we saw 6 more roomes!! I don't understand why she did this show for us,if she knew what I booked and what I needed?

A very nice historic hotel with excellant staff in a great location rooms were excellant
We all thought the breakfast was only average - in this class of hotel we would expect orange / grapefruit juice to be served to us at the table like the tea and coffee not from a cheap looking juice dispenser The buffet breakfast was only average - the station for hot food was also only average - in this class of hotel we would like to see a breakfast menu and order from the table and have hot breakfast served to the table The main room for breakfast was too well lit with bright lights - needed sun glasses on !! - The atmosphere was below average in there The other room in green colours was nice with better ambience

The hotel exudes elegance and old-world charm, coupled with attentive service. The food was good, but the slow service impacted the experience. Prices are on the higher end, yet the ambiance makes it worth a visit. A beautiful place, but perhaps a bit understaffed at times.

Staff was friendly and attentive.
The fact that there was not free internet and worse than that the charge was per device. it should be per room if anything.

Отель расположен напротив Оперы, до Собора Св. Стефана и Императорского Дворца тоже очень близко. Сервис отличный - персонал дружелюбный, внимательный, все только и мечтают как угодить клиенту.
